Enjoy the benefits of a closed-door pharmacy setting, weekly pay, and a collaborative team culture!Why You'll Love This Job:Weekly Pay: Enjoy the convenience of getting paid every week.Closed-Door Pharmacy: Work in a focused, quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle of a retail pharmacy.Team-Oriented Culture: Be part of a strong, collaborative team that values teamwork and mutual support.Meaningful Work: Your role directly supports the health and wellbeing of patients in long-term care facilities.Key Responsibilities:Provide top-notch customer service and problem resolution to assigned long-term care facilities.Accurately enter patient profiles and medication orders for multiple facilities.Ensure proper billing and crediting for each facility on a monthly basis.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and facility information.Assist with orienting and training new employees as needed.Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from nursing staff at long-term care facilities.Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.Achieve production targets as set by the supervisor.Travel to facilities for meetings or drug exchanges as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare customer service preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Basic computer and keyboarding skills.Registered Pharmacy Technician with the State of Vermont (or ability to complete registration if not already registered).High school diploma or GED required. Preferred: AS Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.Schedule & Shift Details:Schedules are built out 3 weeks in advance and are based on one of the following shifts: Opening: 8:30 am - 5:00 pmMid: 9:00 am - 5:30 pmClosing: 9:30 am - until close (typically 6:00 pm, may extend until 7:30 pm)Saturday shifts are required approximately every 3 weeks. Pharmacy operates from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm on Saturdays.Compensation & Benefits:Pay: $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.Weekly Pay: Get paid every week for the work you do!Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, sick timeWe look forward to hearing from you!
