Job Title: Customer Success Manager (Onboarding) Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (100% Remote) Duration: 12 months Contract Type: W2 only Pay Rate: $45.77/Hour Duties:
- Hold workflow reviews and bespoke onboarding sessions as needed with a commanding presence to diagnose and re-align product adoption quickly
- Be comfortable with larger book and help intervene where customer usage is under adopted to course-correct and ensure renewal
- Build and grow product knowledge through enablement and cross-functional communication across the organization
- Work collaboratively with broader sales and success teams to create account plans and execute growth strategy
- Be the go-to resource for our clients as a source of objective industry insight
Required Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Highly organized in approach to planning and organizing, prioritization of book or business with an emphasis on customer focus and experience
- Experience with Salesforce or SaaS CRM platforms is a must
- Background in data review in platforms like Tableau or Looker is a plus!
- Excellent listening skills and strong sense of customer empathy and curiosity
- Strong written and verbal communication and comfort in presentation settings
- Experience in video creation or media technology workflows a plus; a passion for online video or video creation a must
- Enthusiasm and drive to work in startup environment
- Strong aptitude to get yourself up the curve on product knowledge and problem solving
