Job Purpose - Water is one of the biggest concerns in Colorado, and Resource Central's Lawn Replacement program partners with over 30 Colorado municipalities and water providers to put water conservation into action through sustainable landscaping. The Customer Support Associate will play an essential role in the Lawn Replacement program by providing exceptional customer service via phone and email. They will be a key Resource Central representative in one-on-one interactions with program participants. The position starts March 17, 2025 and is expected to last until August or September 2025. The customer service position is a hybrid remote role, with a flexible schedule offering 20-hours a week to accommodate your needs while balancing in-office and remote work. Compensation includes $19.00/hr, paid training, and paid sick leave. Help participants in our program take meaningful steps toward conservation, turning ideas into impactful actions that benefit the environment and community, and gain valuable experience in the water conservation industry. Principal Responsibilities- The essential duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Help people conserve water by providing exceptional and consistent customer service and communication to
- homeowners via phone and email for the Lawn Replacement Program.
- Provide administrative and programmatic support to meet team goals by reviewing applications, scheduling appointments
- throughout the Front Range, and conducting one-on-one customer consultations with program participants.
- Communicate knowledgeably and effectively with program participants about Resource Central's Lawn Replacement
- program while educating homeowners and business owners on best practices in landscape conversion.
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings in person, virtual, and on the phone.
- Assist with other Resource Central programs as assigned.
- Contribute to a strong sense of belonging where everyone can feel welcomed and included.

Qualifications
- Must be passionate about helping people conserve water.
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon start date.
- Must pass a background check if offered a position.
- Experience in communications, public relations, or customer service is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
