- Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials
- Manage load planning and dispatching for efficient delivery
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel use, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the vehicle
- Handle cargo liability insurance and trailer rent documentation
- Manage financial responsibilities including weekly payments and escrow accounts
- Document maintenance performed outside of company facilities
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and administrative support
- Participate in optional plans for operational escrow and legal support
- Drive and operate heavy trucks to transport goods and materials
- Perform pre and post trip inspections and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance, and mileage
- Observe all traffic regulations and safety precautions
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Plan routes and monitor road conditions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
