Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a 3rd shift Machine Production Operator to join their team. As a Machine Production Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Production Operator

Location: Albert Lea, MN

Pay Rate: $18.50 hourly

What's the Job?

  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operation.

  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of production equipment.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Participate in training and skills development programs.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently with speed and accuracy.

  • Reliability and a positive attitude are essential.

  • Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check as part of the hiring process.
