How you will make an impact:

Luther Oaks is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and coordinate recreational programs and activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents. As a Life enrichment coordinator you will collaborate with residents, families, and team members to create personalized care plans that incorporate social, cognitive, and physical stimulation. By fostering a supportive and engaging environment, you will enhance residents' overall well-being and quality of life.

Schedule: This position is full-time, but part-time is also appreciated through the summer months

What you will need:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience in working with seniors and intergenerational programming, preferred.
