Enablement Manager As the Global CRM Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our global stakeholder group can effectively utilize DLL's CRM platform to its fullest potential. Your primary objective is to provide comprehensive tools, resources, and support to drive successful platform adoption, while also gathering valuable user feedback to continuously enhance the CRM experience. Day to Day - Enablement Strategy: Develop and implement an overall global CRM enablement strategy that aligns with organizational goals and enhances stakeholder engagement.
- Design Global Foundational Training Framework: Develop a unified global curriculum that covers core CRM principles, tools, and best practices, ensuring that all employees across regions have a consistent baseline understanding of the CRM system and its functionalities. This foundational training will include standard eLearning modules, core documentation, and essential resources to ensure global alignment on CRM usage.
- Create Regional Way of Working Framework: Establish a flexible structure for regional teams to deliver localized training content that addresses specific regional business needs, processes, and user behaviors.
- Continuous Improvement: Establish mechanisms for gathering user feedback on the CRM experience. Oversee the analysis of the feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities improvement.
- Regional Integration: Work closely CRM product owners, regional leads, and other relevant teams to ensure the CRM platform is successfully delivered to a region.
- Develop Success Measurement Framework: Design and implement a robust framework to measure the success of CRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Change Management: Oversee change management initiatives related to CRM implementation, and enhancements, ensuring users are prepared and informed.
- Data Quality: Enable the measurement of data quality, engage with regional data steward to ensure maintenance of data quality
- Community Building: In partnership with regional leads, foster a community of practice among CRM users to share knowledge, tips, and experiences. Encourage collaboration and communication
Essentials - 5+ years of experience in product enablement, training, or user support roles, preferably in a global context.
- Strong understanding of CRM, preferably on the Salesforce platform
- Experience dealing with a diverse stakeholder group
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop strategy for large scale product enablement
- Strong analytical skills with experience in gathering and interpreting user feedback.
- Project management experience is a plus.

Good to Know Desired Primary Work Location: Wayne, PA Applicable Pay Range $153,720.82 - $230,581.24 DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification. This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
