If this sounds like you, apply now! **This is a commission based only role Responsibilities: • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Team player who believes their success is the team's success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $110,000 at plan earnings
