Key Responsibilities:

As the Visitor Information Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of SRVVB, helping visitors discover the region's attractions, events, and experiences. Your duties will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to visitors in person and over the phone.
• Assisting with brochure inventory, restocking, and fulfilling mail requests.
• Assisting with outreach calls to partners and customers.
• Researching and compiling special events from partner websites and social media.
• Creating engaging weekly and seasonal e-newsletters featuring local events.
• Supporting SRVVB projects, events, and initiatives as needed.

• Possesses excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, search engines, websites, social media, and database systems.
• Knows the region well and can confidently provide clear directions and recommendations.
• Holds a valid PA driver's license and can lift up to 35 lbs.
