Now operating one of the largest single location custom rubber mixing facilities in America, we are a major supplier of rubber compounds, meeting exact customer specifications for premier manufactures in multiple industries. - Second Chance Employer - American Phoenix is a second chance employer who doesn't require background checks. Starting Pay: $20.80/hr $1.50/hr shift premium. Hours: 3 pm - 11 pm Monday - Friday. Basic Job Duties.
