This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including hybrid seed/foundation production, quality, and IT.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHybrid Seed Production - Reliable Supply/Quality
- Responsible for managing processes, experimental designs, data collection, data analysis to take data-driven decisions for seed production and manufacturing areas while considering environmental sustainability.
- Continue/improve the research effort to understand the quality of seed when carried over. If seed treatments/cold storage/drying has an impact on seed quality.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement in reducing production costs.
- Data-driven decision making through utilization of weather data analysis to attain high standard seed quality.
- Work with data analysts to Validate the existing yield, purity and weather models for yield estimations, germination and purity predictions and disease occurrences.
- Record key performance indicators (KPIs) to help drive continuous process improvements, operational excellence and data quality.
Identify Seed Treatments for better Crop Protection and Improving Yields for farmers
- Collaborate with new seed treatments team, to identify and research on seed treatments and seed enhancements for better crop protection and high yields for farmers.
- Maintain master database and visualize for all the research work done over the years on new seed technologies/treatments and their shelf-life studies.
Implement Large Scale Testing Research Projects
- Work closely with the hybrid seed production and foundation teams and other system owners to execute projects which needs to be tested in large scale before implementing in protocol.
- Contribute to the large-scale production testing program by designing experiments and performing statistical analysis for reliable conclusions.
- Responsible for executing high quality proof of concept (POC) production research projects aimed at innovative technology deployment.
Collaboration & Communication
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT (especially Data Analysts), Foundation, HSP, Sales and Quality.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, build consensus, and drive decision-making.
- Communicate complex process concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONM.S. with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience or BS with 4-5 years of experience in Seed physiology and Agronomy, or any related field.Communication
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
