Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet all walk-in customers at service counter
  • Respond to customer calls and facilitate the scheduling of their work into the shop.
  • Ensure customers are regularly updated on the progress of work and provided with an estimated completion date and time.
  • Prepare service quotes, estimates, and repair orders for customer approval.
  • Coordinate with the service manager to schedule technician jobs.
  • Generate billing statements for customers as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Process customer payments
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor or service writer within a dealership environment
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication with customers, employees, and management
  • Proficient with dealership business systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Procede Software (DMS) is a plus
  • Proficiency in basic Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) skills is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and is committed to working additional hours when necessary
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
  • Normal shift hours are Monday to Friday, from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
