Our client is a private brokerage who has had significant growth over the last several years. They are seeking a tax professional to join a transactional insurance team specializing in bespoke tax insurance solutions. This role involves assessing tax risks, underwriting policies, and collaborating with brokers and clients on high-profile deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze tax risks in areas like M&A, renewable energy tax credits, restructurings, and international tax.
• Review diligence reports, agreements, and documentation to evaluate exposures.
• Draft and negotiate custom tax insurance policies and term sheets.
• Build strong relationships with brokers and clients in a collaborative environment.
• Manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-4+ years of tax experience, preferably in transactional or complex tax issues.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
