Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director, Integrated Sales & Partnerships to join our team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by creating and selling innovative, cross-platform sales packages that integrate digital, traditional, and experiential channels. The ideal candidate has a proven track record (preferably in the sports vertical) in multi-platform sales, excels at crafting tailored solutions, and thrives in a start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute integrated sales strategies across digital, signage/branding, sponsorships, and experiential platforms to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Integrated Package Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver custom multi-platform sales packages that align with client objectives and drive measurable results. This includes bundling solutions like display advertising, sponsorships, branded content, event activations, and digital campaigns.
- Client Engagement: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored, high-value solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and production teams to ensure cohesive execution of integrated campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovative package creation.
- Lead Generation: Identify and outreach to challenger and established brands on a category basis. Develop a relationship with brands and agency partners with the measurable objective of generating qualified leads and pitches.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities, ensuring consistent progress and accurate forecasting.
- Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value and impact of integrated solutions to clients.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with company goals and client satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on integrated or cross-platform solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and sell custom, integrated sales packages.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, sponsorships, and experiential sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Passion for innovation and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
