We specialize in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), Digital Construction Management techniques, and their related technologies including reality capture, remote sensing, computational design, and facilities management technology solutions.
We are a tight-knit community of BIM professionals who prioritize continuous learning and growth. We are looking for a motivated, qualified BIM Specialist(s) for our NYC office to work on various large-scale infrastructure projects within the NYC Metro area. The role will be hybrid and the candidate is required to work at least 1 to 2 days in office.
Responsibilities:
Revit modeling for all disciplines during the design, construction, and post-construction phases.Interdisciplinary coordination (clash detection) and clash report preparation.2D Drafting in AutoCAD.Modeling parametric Revit families for various disciplines.Reviewing design models and project data for quality, organization, and performance.Working in collaborative BIM workflow in Autodesk BIM 360 and associated add-ins such as BIM 360 Docs, Design, Model Coordination, Field, etc.QA/QC and auditing design models across varied model authoring software.Assisting 3D laser scanning crew for on-site scanning.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.2 years of experience in Revit modeling, AutoCAD drafting, and Interdisciplinary Coordination (clash detection) with Navisworks.Experience in on-site 3D laser scanning and point cloud processing.Experience in the following is a plus, but not required:
