About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Sales Leader for North America, Clinical, with a focus on driving sales in the clinical segments, including commercial labs, health systems, and academic medical centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy to achieve rapid revenue growth and market share expansion. This role involves leading a high-performing clinical sales team, recruiting and mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The Regional Sales Leader will also be tasked with managing key accounts, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and staying abreast of the competitive landscape and industry trends to shape go-to-market strategies.Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of healthcare software sales experience, with at least 5 years in software-as-a-medical-device sales to C-suite. While not mandatory, knowledge and experience in radiology or digital pathology, image analysis, data management, and AI solutions are considered a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the pathology, healthcare systems, and diagnostics sectors, and a proven track record of meeting performance goals. Deep experience with enterprise SaaS sales methods and the ability to manage a territory while targeting key accounts are essential. The role requires a willingness to travel and the ability to work independently in a non-hierarchical company.
