About the Role
The Company is seeking a Training Content Program Manager with a focus on Financial Risks to join their Enterprise Risk Management Training Program (ERMTP) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of training programs that enhance the risk and control policy knowledge and technical skills of employees. This role is pivotal in fostering a strong risk culture and ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill their risk management and control responsibilities. The training curriculum is designed to be comprehensive and consistent, with a clear progression through different levels of complexity to cater to the diverse needs of the workforce.Key responsibilities for the role include providing thought leadership in the design of training content, leveraging deep knowledge of financial risks to identify opportunities for content harmonization, and partnering with various stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis and planning. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of enterprise risk management, financial risks, and control policies, and will be adept at engaging with senior stakeholders. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and program management skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain ERMTP standards and processes to ensure the sustainability of the training program. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on ERM, risk management, controls, internal audit, or compliance, are required.
