About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for aligning the finance department's work with the organization's mission. This role is pivotal in ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the organization, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk management. Key duties include leading finance management strategic planning, maintaining all financial records, and serving as a key advisor to the president/CEO. The VP of Finance will also be involved in evaluating and recommending financial strategies for various business lines and facilities within the organization.Candidates for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a CPA being preferred, and at least 3 years' of senior leadership experience. Strong supervisory skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, and supportive environment are essential. Experience in FQHC or similar finance and revenue cycle is strongly preferred.
