Production Department Manager

Develop and execute plans for the efficient use of materials, machines, and personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Model leadership best practices to build a strong, motivated, and engaged team within a positive work environment. Troubleshoot and utilize root cause analysis techniques to develop robust permanent actions for customer complaints and internal production issues. Manage daily priorities within the department, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met. Uphold safety, GMP, ISO, SPC, and other quality standards. Drive operational excellence within the department, championing a culture of continuous improvement. You Have. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or a similar technical area; OR, three to five years related experience and/or training; OR, equivalent combination of education and experience.
