What You Will Be Doing

As a Client Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for existing clients, managing and coordinating language projects from inception to completion.

• Respond to client inquiries for new project initiatives via our centralized technology platform.
• Work closely with production team members to evaluate project scopes and provide accurate cost and timeline estimates for translation requests.
• Initiate all project-related activities by providing detailed budgets, schedules, and instructions, while anticipating potential challenges.
• Address and resolve client issues before transferring projects to the production team.
• Proactively learn about clients' industries and company cultures to educate your project team and enhance service quality.
• Monitor project progress closely, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and budgets to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between external clients and internal production staff.
• Set and manage client expectations effectively.
• Comply with internal regulations and ISO standards.
• Troubleshoot challenges within projects where necessary.
• Communicate project specifics to the production team and ensure compliance with instructions.
• Investigate client complaints and creatively problem-solve to address issues.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in customer service or project management is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
