Job Description :

An Event Coordinator provides families with guidance and information for planning their events and life tributes; and will be responsible for every aspect of an event. Responsibilities/Qualifications: Anticipate and understand the needs of the family Patient and trustworthy A courteous, friendly and professional manner Enjoy working with people Neat, well-presented appearance Must be an attentive listener, diplomatic and tactful ability to work alone or with a team Serves as kitchen liaison, care and maintenance of linens, decorations, table settings, etc. Provide contracts, collect payments, and maintain good records Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms Excellent organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills A self-starter, detail-oriented, accurate, and very reliable. Decorating, moving, and arranging tables.
