Job DescriptionConstruction Project Manager - Healthcare Interiors - Long Island
- Oversee all phases of healthcare interior projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, including infection control and operational protocols.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage project documentation.
