  • Oversee all phases of healthcare interior projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, including infection control and operational protocols.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage project documentation.
