The Senior Manager, Partner Management & Analytics Insights manages a team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists and works closely with various internal stakeholders/partners to understand business objectives, identify data/information needs, opportunities for improvement and helps inform and support business decisions and strategies. Depth & Scope:Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required. Oversees and leads a large and/or highly complex, and diverse reporting function for an area of significant risk, complexity or scope.
