Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current customers, analyzing customer data and identifying new opportunities for increased savings. The role offers a hybrid work model with three in-office days per week in San Francisco, CA.
What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor account health, track key metrics, and proactively address customer concerns

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 5+ years experience in account management and customer service
- Ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for savings
- Experience with managing contracts and pricing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Experience in the healthcare industry or with group purchasing organizations is a plus.
