Complex Call Center Representative | Onsite M-F in Studio City | Hourly Rate: $26

We are seeking an experienced Complex Call Center Representative with a background in insurance or healthcare provider services to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance, healthcare benefits, claims, and policy inquiries.
  • Assist customers with account updates, payment processing, and service-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide accurate resolutions while adhering to company policies.
  • Navigate and update CRM and other customer service platforms to document interactions.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare and insurance industry regulations.
  • Follow scripts and service protocols while ensuring a personalized customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a complex call center or similar environment.
  • Experience in insurance, healthcare, or related industries is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to simplify complex information.
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency in a high-volume setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination required upon hire.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

HIGHLY Preferred Experience:

  • Inbound Call Centers – Assisting customers with insurance claims, benefits, and policy information.
  • Outbound Call Centers – Contacting clients for follow-ups, surveys, or service updates.
  • Blended Call Centers – Managing both inbound and outbound communications.
