• Competitive hourly rate starting at $16/hour.
• Earn an additional $4/hour for all weekend day shifts and caring for couples.
• Receive 1.5X pay for overtime (over 40 hours) and for many holidays.
• Accrue 1.5 hours of paid time off for every 40 hours worked after 90 days.
• Flexible schedules with daytime shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.
• Available overnight shifts of 8 to 12 hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Requirements to become a Caregiver with Home Instead®:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Car with auto insurance.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Respect for seniors and their property.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Residents of Bucks County are preferred.
• Prior experience caring for seniors is required.
