The Vice President will also be involved in supporting new international program initiatives and business development activities. Key responsibilities include direct mortgage loan origination, underwriting, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of institutional-level investment experience, a strong educational background, and a proven track record in leading complex real estate transactions.Candidates for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in sourcing mortgage and mezzanine loan investment opportunities in the U.S. The role demands superior communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, team-first orientation.
