Volt is immediately hiring for Human Resources Generalist As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for:Coordinate various manpower job assignments based on contractual guidelines and business requirements to ensure that physically qualified employees are placed appropriately in different wage job assignments.Assist with the hiring process.Assist with the job bidding process for production employees.Scan documents to convert paper files into digital storage.Aid in the scheduling of required training for wage employees to ensure compliance. Qualifications: Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience (University Degree - 1-2 years or equivalent).Degree in a Human Resources discipline or equivalent experience (University Degree - 1-2 years or equivalent).Attention to detailProficiency with ExcelExcellent communication skills Shift: 1StDuration: 12MonthsLocation: Waterloo, IA 50703 Pay rate:$30/hr. to $33/hr.Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
