Ensures products and systems comply with requirements and customer information assurance and cyber security standards and practices through formal verification methods with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics. Ensure authorized access to sanative systems Work with your teammates to troubleshoot issues Upgrade CyberArk as new versions are released Ensure system is stable and available by reviewing logs and identifying issues before they occur Support our customers in protecting their sensitive systems and dataWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education:Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Required Experience:7years of related experienceExperience with installing, upgrading and troubleshooting CyberArk components such as PSM, PSMP, PVWA, CPM, SCIM, CyberArk vault Hands-on CyberArk upgrade or migration experienceExperience with CyberArk setup for RDP and SSH sessionsRequire CyberArk related firewall/network configuration knowledgeBe able to troubleshoot CyberArk related issues looking at CyberArk and/or network/firewall logs (we are not looking for network expert but the engineer must be experienced to look at logs from CyberArk/Splunk/Network to isolate CyberArk)Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting CyberArk auto discovery for domain joined computer/server accountsExperience with certificate management for all CyberArk componentsKnowledge about configuration of VIPs for CyberArk PSM/PSMP serversExpertise in troubleshooting CyberArk related issues such user account reconciliation, network related issues related to CyberArkExperience with CyberArk environment across muti-domain Active DirectoryHands-on RHEL Linux experience to manage PSMP serversEffective and proactive communicate with users and management on CyberArk related mattersWork on ServiceNow ticketsOn-call rotationExperience with detailed technical implementation documents and SOPsActive Directory “ 2 “ 3 years PowerShell scripting “ 2 “ 5 years Equal Opportunity Employer, including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to:job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
