Day To Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Manager to join an enterprise healthcare client in New York. Reporting to the Director of Freight Management, the Logistics Manager will be responsible for supporting a variety of logistics needs across the Enterprise. Potential areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, courier services, small parcel, international transport, hazardous materials, third-party mailing and shipping solutions, etc. This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the principles of supply chain management, budgeting, and data management/analytics. The ideal candidate will be a high-touch leader, as the role requires frequent interaction with Suppliers, Logistics Vendors, Internal Supply Chain Customers and End Users to understand critical organizational needs. They will be required to help define, track, and manage KPIs and budgetary targets with focus on patient care, customer experience, and cost. Additionally, the ideal candidate will help to establish future-state process improvements and define and implement long-term enterprise goals.
