Summary
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role leads the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, assessing, submitting candidates, and managing follow-ups throughout the selection process for both hourly and salaried positions. The position requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless candidate experience from offer to onboarding. Responsibilities also include executing sourcing strategies, researching and identifying candidates through advanced search techniques, and developing internal and external talent pipelines. This role partners with hiring managers, senior leadership, and business partners to address challenges, propose solutions, and measure results.
