Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing**+ Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver products to customers.+ Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.+ Ensure accurate delivery tickets and maintain communication with dispatch.+ Assist with the loading and unloading of materials.+ Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.**What Are We Looking For**+ Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.+ Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.+ Strong communication and customer service skills.+ Physical capability to lift and move heavy materials.+ Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.**Conditions of Employment**+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment**+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer**+ $27.50 per hour+ Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension+ Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled**Req ID** JR10003281
