Hours:
  • Up to 35 hours per week.
  • Must be available to work between 2-8:30pm Monday-Thursday. Some flexibility on start/end time of shift.
  • Some Saturday hours may be needed.
  • The center is open Monday-Thursday 10am-8:30pm, and Saturday 8am-2pm. Closed Fridays and Sundays.

  • The Program Coordinator's typical day includes, but is not limited to:
  • Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
  • Managing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
  • Owning administrative duties and office organization.
  • Supporting marketing efforts to grow the center, including social media.
  • Meeting with students to oversee their progress and experience.
  • Teaching students.
  • For success, the Program Coordinator must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
  • Must love working with kids and tutoring students in multiple grade levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
