Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and personalized service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and satisfied throughout their visit. You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, enabling you to make recommendations and answer any questions guests may have. Additionally, you will collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Ultimately, your goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth for our establishment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.Knowledge of food and beverage pairings.Certification in food safety and sanitation.Skills:The required skills for this position include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for interacting with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
