- Responsible for supervising up to 8-9 operators
- Will be hands-on as needed
- Will troubleshoot issues and make sure production goals are being met
- Must have 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Chemical manufacturing experience is a plus, but open to other manufacturing
- Company has over 75 years of industry experience
