Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Fombell, PA

Pay Range: $36/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform month-end closing responsibilities including preparing journal entries and ensuring monthly transactions are correctly recorded.
• Analyze and report financial results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis compared to prior year, plan, and forecast.
• Assist department managers in developing monthly forecasts and weekly operational pulses.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and develop action plans for resolution.
• Implement financial process improvements to enhance reporting and analysis processes.

What's Needed?

• 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting or finance position.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
