As the Process Engineer, you will play a key role in stabilizing and enhancing the extrusion processes at our New London, NC facility. You will work closely with production, maintenance teams, and OEM partners to ensure that process parameters are optimized, and that efficiency is continuously improved. In this role, you will help foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning, contributing to our shared success. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a background in extrusion processes and a degree in engineering. They will be detail-oriented, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and bring a solution-focused mindset to help the plant grow and thrive. Position location: This is a fully onsite role based at our New London, NC facility, with a day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Minimal travel is required.
