Whether you're in the OR assisting with procedures or ensuring seamless room turnovers, your expertise will play a vital role in delivering outstanding surgical outcomes.What You'll Do:Work in an assigned OR room, scrubbing in for procedures, assisting with turnovers, and prepping for the next case.Support up to 10 surgeries per day, ensuring efficiency and precision.Assist with inventory, case preparation, and maintaining surgical instruments.Perform initial decontamination and instrument prep (no 24-hour central sterile team).Provide occasional support for C-sections as needed.What We're Looking For: Certified Surgical Tech:High school diploma or equivalent.Certified Surgical Technician certification or at least two years of surgical tech experience before January 1, 2017.1 year of OR experience preferred.BLS certification (must obtain within 3 months of hire). Certified Surgical Tech First Assistant:High school diploma or equivalent.Certified Surgical Technician & Certified Surgical First Assist required.3 years of OR experience preferred (open to new grads!).BLS certification (must obtain within 3 months of hire).Schedule & Flexibility:4x10 shifts (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with one weekday off.On-call: One weekend per month + one night shift per week (option for additional shifts).Total of 5 on-call shifts per month.Flexible start times (may vary between 7 AM - 8 AM) and early flex options when cases finish early.Compensation & Perks: Competitive PayCertified Surgical Tech: $29.65 - $38.80/hr (credit for up to 10 years of experience).Certified Surgical Tech First Assistant: $32.60 - $44.90/hr.$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in 4 installments, 2-year commitment).$3/hr additional pay for on-call shifts.
