We place a strong value not only on the patients and the agencies we work with but our employees as well.Job Responsibilities:Communicating daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork and turn in payrollKeeping open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experienceFacilitating communication with Physical Therapist Assistant to manage patient careCompletion of Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessment, and Discharge visits and paperworkAttend meetings and case conferencesJob RequirementsCurrent Occupational Therapist LicensureBachelor's degree in Occupational TherapyAbility to travel to patient's home or facilityStrong communication skillsHome healthcare experience preferredAbility to travel within a 40-mile radius of Canton, OH#IND123
