What You'll Do: As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide essential support and companionship to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and more.
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Patient-specific activities as trained by a nurse (e.g., assisting with ostomy appliances, range of motion exercises, taking vital signs).
What You'll Need:
  • A genuine desire to help others and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (read, write, and speak English).
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and required insurance.
  • Successful completion of a background check. (We maintain a drug-free environment.)
