What Will You Do?
- Assist customers with tolling and administration inquiries through various communication channels.
- Assess customer needs to provide accurate and complete information.
- Process transactions efficiently through mainframe or web-based applications.
- Conduct thorough research in response to customer inquiries.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company and client policies.
- Communicate warmly and empathetically with customers.
- Protect customer confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in other operations as needed during high-demand periods.
What We Are Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable navigating multiple applications and conducting research.
- A commitment to 100% attendance during training.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must pass a criminal background check and customer care assessment.
