This opportunity could be part time or full time depending on the desired hours.Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:Review and process vendor invoices and inventory receiptsAssist with vendor check runsPrepare and enter journal entriesAssist with month end closeReview product sales, costs and marginsMonitor and update product pricingReconcile bank and credit card accountsEnter bank depositsAssist in reconciling ledgers, reports and accounting recordsPrepare monthly customer statementsAssist Accounting Manager with all aspects of accountingManage multiple duties and priorities simultaneouslyBackground Expected of Bookkeeper:Prior accounting experience requiredExperience with QuickBooksProficiency in Microsoft Office#INJAN2025#ZRCFS#LI-MP3
