MUSIC TEACHERQUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- Valid Texas teaching certificate;
- Have or willing to obtain ESL endorsement and GT hours
- Knowledge of rigorous teaching strategies and curriculum;
- Proven success at planning creative, innovative lessons and presentation;
- Must be computer literate;
- Organizational skills required;
- Proven classroom management skills;
- Prior classroom teaching experience preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal skills; and
- Proven rapport with staff/students.
SALARY: Board approved pay scale CONTRACT: 10 months PAID JOB BENEFITS: $500 monthly towards Medical; Full Dental, Life, Accidental Death, Long-Term Disability, Vision On-line applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
