The Project Manager – Construction manages the full construction project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through completion. Acts as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems. Coordinates all direct communication with client and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all local operations in the assigned market, including supervision of employees and contractors to organize and ensure quality of work (aerial and underground), as well as in-home installations.
• Coordinates project resources and tracks project progress against established timelines and schedules.
• Tracks project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to management.
• Acts as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems.
• Selects, negotiates with, and coordinates the work of vendors, contractors, or sub-contractors.
• Monitors and ensures quality of program deliverables.
• Works with core team and key field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies and tools to support the implementation of programs in the field.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience. Requires 3 years of Telecommunications installation experience, in progressive leadership positions.
