Full-Time Community Outreach AssociateReports To: Director of Marketing and Community Relations137-43 45th AvenueQueens, New York, 11355United StatesResponsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and coordinate internal and external marketing projects
  • Develop and design marketing materials in a variety of formats, including flyers, digital and print materials
  • Coordinate with the Communications team to create advertising materials
  • Coordinate and participate in outreach and marketing events such as community fairs, workshops, open house events, etc.
  • Communicate with departments and project teams regarding implementation activities
  • Collaborate with community partners, schools, and health insurance plans (i.e. planning, implementing, marketing, etc.) to develop and implement marketing activities
  • Keep records of outreach and marketing activities and prepare database and project reports
  • Available to work at events on weekends and/or evenings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health or marketing, social service, or related fields
  • Working knowledge of applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign) required
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a human service or health-related setting, especially conducting outreach and/or marketing in the Chinese-speaking and/or Spanish-speaking community
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills required
  • Professional oral and written proficiency in English

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000.00 - 55,000.00 per year
