Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee high-end retail construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing luxury retail builds, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality craftsmanship, and a seamless client experience. You will work closely with our team, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of high-end retail construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring the quality and timeliness of all construction work.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, including financial updates, to clients and senior management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of project management experience in high-end retail construction or related fields.
  • Proven experience working on luxury retail, hospitality, or commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
