A client of Insight Global is looking for a Software/Systems Engineer to sit fully onsite in Aberdeen Proving Ground. This person will support the Product Office Team. They will participate in development and execution of software and systems test strategies. They will be a part of a SAFe/agile development team and participate in scrums. Compensation: $60/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience - Experience with virtualized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, VMs, VMWare). - Familiarity with CI/CD best practices and tools. - Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, Scaled Agile Framework). - Active TS/SCI - BS and/or graduate degree(s) in Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field or - 2+ years in cyber, cloud-based web-platforms, Information Technology, or C4ISR systems. - 5+ years of Systems engineering experience to include collaborating with system stakeholders to translate operational requirements into requirements, designs, and implementation plans.
