$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

The Opportunity:

You'll help clients unlock value by driving business strategies and delivering top-notch solutions across a wide range of critical business issues.
Managers work alongside industry experts to drive and support a variety of challenging, fast-paced engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engagements providing strategic assessments, high quality analysis, support, and deliverables to clients.
- Build operating models and target state frameworks.
- Develop roadmaps and align resourcing. Guide implementation efforts.
- Lead working sessions with client stakeholders to understand and document current state business processes and pain points.
- Develop business process models and define target state frameworks that remediate pain points and are aligned across levels (functions, capabilities, processes, etc.).
- Align business processes to data layer and outline key data management findings related to data quality, data lineage, data architecture, etc.
- Ensure alignment of Enterprise Architecture to business processes and maintainability of documentation.
- Present quantitative and qualitative findings directly to key stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships and provide accurate, timely communication throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Define, document, and manage project scope in line with stakeholder priorities.
- Respond to emerging trends in the financial services industry with innovative solutions, new products and proven implementation strategies.
- Lead teams and mentor colleagues in a collaborative, knowledge sharing environment.
- Engage with former industry practitioners to build your subject matter expertise and professional network.
- Drive (MG) / Lead (Sr. MG) Reference Point internal initiatives to contribute to firm growth.
- Build institutional capital through project documentation and knowledge-sharing.
- Drive thought leadership to showcase our expertise, educate clients and prospects, and amplify our brand in the market.

Required Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial spirit with deep problem-solving capabilities.
- A bachelor's degree or higher with a strong GPA in an analytical or technical discipline including but not limited to finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or other advanced analytical degrees.
- Strongly preferred a Master of Business Administration or other advanced analytical degree from an elite business school or graduate university.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with a top-tier consulting firm.
- Strong expertise in business process and operating models with exposure to a wide variety of projects and businesses.
- Preferred experience related to Business Architecture, Change Management, Data Management, AI/ML, or Enterprise/Solution Architecture. Certifications a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an entrepreneurial, team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, creative, and innovative mindset.
- Experience leading project-based work in a client-facing capacity.
