We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals for our Associate Account Executive - Outside Sales Rep opportunities onsite in our Islandia NY office. In this role, your main objective will be to sell the company's Practice Edition to a range of healthcare facilities, including physician offices, specialty clinics (such as optometrists and chiropractors), and any organization managing a patient or member base in these areas. We are seeking candidates with inside sales experience, a high level of enthusiasm for cold calling, and strong motivation to achieve success.
Must Haves:
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
- CRM software experience - required to track and manage sales activities.
- HubSpot experience would be a plus.
- Comfortable working daily in Long Island area of NY.
- Reliable transportation.

Day to Day:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and engage in proactive outreach to prospective clients within the healthcare industry.
- Build and nurture relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the leads gen and marketing teams to identify and target potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, webinars, and conferences.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager.

Compensation:
$50k per year annual salary + commission
