Job Title: Project Controls Manager – BioPharma
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104Pay: ~ +/- $70/hr--$110/hr (negotiable based on experience)

Lead the creation and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules for BioPharma projects.Prepare and maintain Total Installed Cost (TIC) reports, tracking subcontractor and vendor commitments, expenses, and forecasts.Oversee a team of four professionals in the planning and scheduling process.Lead cost review meetings, providing project financial status updates to clients.Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, construction) to manage cost performance (CPI) and schedule performance (SPI).Analyze project risks and financial impacts, highlighting potential concerns.Drive cost engineering functions, including estimating, cost control, change management, and earned value analysis.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and superintendents for work-in-progress (WIP) tracking and completion forecasting.Understand and implement cost impacts using Accounting Standard Codification 606.Track and report project margins in compliance with industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelorâ€TMs degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience.~ 15+ years of experience in cost engineering and project controls, with a strong focus on EPCMV (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Management & Validation) BioPharma projects.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Primavera P6, and cost reporting tools.Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), Change Management, and Risk Management.Experience with EcoSys, Oracle Unifier, and the EPCMV project lifecycle (home office & field construction).Experience working with BioPharma clients.High degree of Emotional Intelligence, strong team player, and analytical skills.
